A delegation led by Ms Rita Schwarzelühr-Sutter, Deputy Minister of the German Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety, visited Stellenbosch University of Friday, 11 January 2019. A site visit to the Helio100 heliostat field at SUNREC (Stellenbosch University Renewable Energy Centre), hosted by the Solar Thermal Energy Research Group (STERG), was followed by discussions with the Centre for Renewable and Sustainable Energy Studies (CRSES) on campus.
